I have to say, 21 weeks for public racial abuse is bullshit. I genuinely tend to think that this is a freedom of speech issue. It's not that I think people should be allowed carte blanche to say whatever abusive thing they want, still less that I approve her sentiments, only that a custodial sentence is wildly out of proportion to this act. A fine would have sufficed.
